1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website everloveapp.com and the Everlove mobile application (together, the "Services"), published by Amani Labs, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) registered with the French Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 991 210 352, with its registered office in France (referred to as "Amani Labs", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Services, creating an account, or using them in any way, you (the "User", "you") accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Purpose of the Services

Everlove helps couples get to know each other better and strengthen their relationship through card-game style questions, quizzes, and conversation topics designed to be explored together, online or in person.

The Services are not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy and do not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you or your partner are experiencing a crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

3. Access to the Services and account creation

Certain features require creating an account, including via a third-party sign-in (Google, Apple). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Access to the Services is limited to individuals aged 16 or older. Amani Labs reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.

4. Content and intellectual property

All elements making up the Services (text, logos, trademarks, illustrations, source code, questions, and topic content) are the exclusive property of Amani Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.

If the Services allow you to post or share content (answers, notes, shared responses with your partner), you retain your rights to that content but grant Amani Labs a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display it strictly as necessary to operate the Services.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features of the Services may be offered through a paid subscription. Pricing terms, duration, and renewal or cancellation conditions are specified at the time of purchase, in particular through app store payment platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play). Purchases made through these platforms are also subject to those platforms' own terms of use.

Where applicable, you may have a right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law and under the refund policies of the relevant app store.

6. Availability of the Services

Amani Labs uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and security of the Services, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amani Labs shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Services, including decisions made by the User based on the content made available. The Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and are not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Amani Labs may suspend or terminate access to the Services in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these Terms

Amani Labs may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material change. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to you.
